Looking at our last post on our blog made me realise it has been a very long time since I wrote anything.
We have been rather busy moving into the new studio in Idle, Bradford (yes, I can now officially say I am an Idle photographer lol) and the move is now finally completed. The paint has dried, the coffee machine installed and the heating fully functioning. The new studio gives us better space, more functionality, more comfort for our clients and allows us to fully roll out our new portrait service.

We are rolling out our new portrait service with affordable, quality family, baby, pet and childrens portraits. As we have proven over the years, professional family portraits don’t have to cost you thousands of pounds – don’t accept the high pressure sales techniques some photographers use to part you with your hard earned cash.

ALL, yes ALL the images from the session on a USB stick in high resolution format allowing you to make unlimited reprints and low resolution format for web display (Facebook etc etc). An image licence will be issued.

All portrait sessions and portrait parties are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By booking or attending a portrait session or portrait party, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you require clarification, please contact us BEFORE booking your session. At the start of your session, we will require you to confirm your acceptance of these T&C’s by completion of a form.
COPYRIGHT: Unless agreed in writing, copyright of all images remains with Mark Pearson Photography at all times. Where images are supplied to you on a disc or USB stick as part of your package, you will receive an Image Licence which will detail your usage of the images, for example to make unlimited reprints of the images at any commerical printer or display on any website such as Facebook or both. Breach of copyright of any of the images will result in an invoice for £1000.00 per usage per image being raised and you agree to pay this invoice within 30 days. All of our images are digitally watermarked and may be tracked as soon as publication on the internet occurs.
MAXIMUM NUMBERS: Portrait sessions are designed for one single family unit only, for example Mum, Dad and children. This ensures that each family unit receives sufficient images in their online album to choose from for their inclusive package images. Where extended family are to be photographed or your family number exceeds 8 people, a double session may be booked.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or responsible person over the age of 21. We reserve the right to refuse to photograph any person under the age of 18 if a responsible adult or parent is not present during the session. We will require parental / legal guardian consent to photograph any person under the age of 18.
GIFT VOUCHERS: Gift vouchers must be redeemed by the date printed on them. After the expiration date, the gift voucher is deemed to have expired and may not be used. Please ensure you check the expiration date on your voucher.
